This cottage offers the ultimate place to escape the city or your everyday lives. If you are a nature lover you will undoubtedly have a fantastic time in this stunning area. There are an endless number of forest walks to explore right from your front door.

Woodcutters Lodge is more secluded than our other holiday cottages as it is nestled within the trees and has its own large private garden large patio area.  

​

This spacious detached cottage has been refurbished to a luxurious finish with high end fixtures and fittings. Many of the original features have been retained including the high vaulted ceiling which gives it a light and airy feel.

​

The open plan living/kitchen area is tastefully decorated and features a modern inwall fireplace with a large smart TV above it. There’s also a bed settee which can sleep one or two extra guests. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar with granite worktop and all the mod cons you could wish for, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, range cooker, washer/dryer and a wine fridge.

The bedroom leads from the lounge/kitchen area and has a super comfy kingsize bed with a large smart TV on the wall.

The luxurious bathroom has a large walk in shower but the star of the show is the incredible large freestanding bath. Who wouldn’t want to relax in that at the end of the day!

A visit to our onsite Shepherds Baa Café is a must to make use of your voucher for a free snack and drink for each guest.

The cottage has fast wifi and underfloor heating throughout, ensuring your stay is warm and cosy.
